Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BÉIS travel gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 90-day return window for most items in unused condition. Please note that a small shipping and handling fee is applied to all returns, while exchanges are always free.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different color or style, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your unused items in their original packaging with all hangtags still attached.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days.
